I’m a cinematographer with over 20 years of international filming experience across documentaries, fiction, commercials, news, music videos, and entertainment. Originally from Poland, I’ve lived in London, UK, since 2012 and currently work for the BBC News and the BBC World Service, covering stories worldwide for the past decade.
Before joining the BBC, I co‑ran a media production company in Poland, managing projects from concept to delivery. I also worked on various film sets and independent film projects across the UK.
My background combines an MA in Anthropology of Culture with studies in Cinematography and Editing, all of which influence the way I approach every story. Over the years, I’ve filmed in more than 60 countries, including war zones, hostile regions, remote locations, and extreme climates, and I’ve edited countless fast‑turnaround news packages along the way.
